Ans 1 (b):

Achanakmar Tiger Reserve is a biosphere reserve located in the Mungeli district of Chhattisgarh. It is also a confluence point of three rivers namely Sone River, Johila River and Narmada River on Malakal hills.

Named after the Indravati River, Indravati National Park boasts of densely forested areas, undulating hilly terrains, avifauna and unique wildlife. Indravati is the only tiger reserve in the Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh. This national park is home to endangered species of wild buffaloes and hill Mynas and is home to tigers and other animals including leopards, Indian Bison, Nilgai, Wild Boar and Flying Squirrel. It was previously known as Kutru National Park.

Sariska lies in the lap of Aravalli Hills and it holds an abundant amount of mineral resources like copper.

One of the most scenic wildlife reserves in Asia today, Kanha National Park came to be known the world over through Rudyard Kipling’s book- The Jungle Book.
